Sky Pack

The curator was kind enough to send over some photos of the Inspired show that recently opened, since I couldn't make it to Nashville myself. He also made a nice blog post talking about how the show came about, which you can read about here. (You can also see more photos of the show posted on my FB page)

I've sold seven pieces from this show, which is thrilling! I've never sold so many from a show before. That Includes the above piece, which I have mixed feelings about though because I really really love this drawing in particular and I secretly hopped it would come back to live with me. Parting with artwork can be hard sometimes!

  2. I relate to that feeling, I keep some 'babies' which build up over the years then take over... Big Congrats on selling your work - it's beautiful so it's not surprising!

  4. I know what you mean about parting with work you love--I just try to think about how it has the opportunity to make other people happy if it goes to a good home.

Wish I could come see this show in person...your work is so delicate and lovely!

  5. Julianna, I just saw your pieces yesterday at The Arts Company. Everything was so beautiful. The larger pieces were my favorite, of course both have already sold. Congratulations!
